Agreement for the use of guest Wi-Fi Internet access
- Use is made by entering a code. This is only handed out to guests of the holiday apartment Laura, who accept the following user agreement and confirm it with your signature.
- The use is limited to the duration of the presence within the apartment Laura. The operator can not assume any liability for the actual availability of the internet access. The code may not be disclosed to third parties (users outside the home) and will expire on the day of departure.
- By issuing the code, the operator assumes no obligations. The use is made according to the technical possibilities. In particular, the user is not entitled to use the Guest LAN in any particular way or for a certain period of time.
- This excludes any liability, in particular for warranty and damages (with the exception of intent and bodily injury). In particular, no liability is assumed for the content of websites accessed or downloaded data / files. Furthermore, no liability for any virus attack by using the Guest-LAN is assumed. The user expressly acknowledges that the guest LAN only allows access to the Internet but does not contain any antivirus or firewall.
- The retrieval of pages with illegal content and the distribution of illegal or legally protected content is prohibited.
- In particular, the user is expressly prohibited from using the Guest LAN for downloading or other dissemination of copyrighted content.
- Any improper use of the Guest-LAN, in particular any use that may entail adverse legal consequences for third parties or the operator, is prohibited.
- Should the user be exposed to third-party claims for any reason by the use of the Guest-LAN by the user, the user is obliged to indemnify and hold the operator harmless.
- In case of violation of the terms of use or suspicion of a violation, the use of the guest LAN can be blocked at any time without giving reasons. Liability for data loss is expressly excluded.
- The user agrees that the operator determines the IP and MAC address of the Internet-enabled device used, the beginning, end and duration of the Internet session and the user name used, stores and further processed. He is entitled to pass on this data to third parties, so that claims can be forwarded from an abuse of access to the polluter.
- The data collected will be deleted after one year or at the latest after expiry of the statutory period.
